pharmachologic effect
The composition of the drug includes the synthetic peptide Allostatin 1, which is intended to protect the skin and mucous membranes from viruses that cause inflammatory processes and neoplasms of epithelial tissues.
Allostatin - a new group of antiviral drugs, developed on the basis of natural alloferon peptides.
Allostatin 1 retains all the properties of natural alloferons and at the same time has a number of advantages that make its use especially promising in dermatology and cosmetology.
Penetrating into the tissue of the epithelium, Allostatin 1 activates the recognition by immunocompetent cells of pathologically altered skin cells and triggers a cascade of protective reactions aimed at suppressing the replication and spread of the virus.
At the same time, Allostatin 1 does not have a damaging effect on surrounding normal cells. By eliminating the source of infection and stimulating the subsequent regeneration of the epithelium, Allomedin provides a quick restoration of the normal skin condition.
Allomedin optimally cares for the skin when the first symptoms of herpes appear and restores its natural appearance. In this case, unpleasant subjective sensations (burning, itching, swelling, redness) disappear after a few hours and the development of herpetic eruptions may stop.
If the period of the first symptoms of exacerbation is missed, it may take 3-6 days for a full recovery.
The experience with Allomedin shows that a frequent result of its use is the long-term preservation of the natural physiological state of the skin.
Allomedin optimally cares for the skin and mucous membranes with manifestations of papillomavirus infection.
It can lead to the elimination of external manifestations of papillomavirus infection and prevent the occurrence of repeated manifestations.
Indications
Allomedin® is recommended to be applied with a thin layer on the skin of the lips, face and body, which are especially sensitive to external influences (solar radiation, hypothermia, dehydration, irritation).
It is enough to apply the gel 2-3 times a day or as needed to restore and maintain the functional state of the skin.
Contraindications
To date, any undesirable side effects of the use of Allomedin have not been described.
This does not exclude the possibility of individual intolerance to the gel components by individuals.
In such cases, its use is contraindicated.

How to take, course of administration and dosage
Allomedin is applied to damaged areas of the skin and mucous membranes, where it is rapidly absorbed and has a local protective and regenerating effect.
The duration of application of the gel depends on the nature of the damage.
With minor herpetic eruptions in the face, it is usually enough to apply the gel 1-3 times during the day for 1-2 days.
For more severe herpesvirus lesions, the gel should be applied 1-3 times a day for 5-7 days.
For human papillomavirus infection, the gel is recommended to be applied 1-2 times a day, the duration of use is determined by the doctor (a positive effect - elimination of the virus from the neoplasm is confirmed by laboratory PCR).
