Active substance:
chondroitin sulfate (A and C) sodium salts from cattle cartilage 100 mg
Pharmacological action
Chondrolone has a stimulating effect on the regeneration of cartilage tissue. Substratically stimulates the biosynthesis of glucosaminoglycans.
Helps to restore the joint bag and cartilage surfaces of the joints, normalizes the production of intra-articular fluid, reduces pain and improves joint mobility.
Indications
Degenerative diseases of the joints and spine: primary arthrosis, intervertebral osteochondrosis, etc.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Chondrolone, tendency to bleeding, thrombophlebitis.
Side effects
Allergic reactions, hemorrhages (at the injection site).
How to take, course and dosage
Chondrolone is administered intramuscularly, having previously dissolved the lyophilisate in 1 ml of water for injection.
100 mg (1 ampoule) every other day; from the fourth injection, a single dose can be increased to 200 mg (2 ampoules).
Course - 25-30 injections; repeated - after 6 months.
Special instructions
In case of allergic reactions or hemorrhages (at the injection site), treatment should be stopped.
