Pharmaceutical action:
Contractubex is a combined drug, the action of which is due to the properties of its constituent components.
It turns out to be fibrinolytic anti-inflammatory (due to the presence of onion extract), antithrombotic (due to the presence of heparin), and keratolytic action (due to the presence of allantoin).
Stimulates cell regeneration without hyperplasia.
Inhibits the proliferation of colloidal fibroblasts.
Pharmacokinetics:
The experiment showed that heparin penetrates into the connective tissue of the dermis in a clinically sufficient amount within 4 hours. Deep penetration is provided by the combination of heparin with Serae bulb extract and allantoin.
Absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion: when using the drug Contractubex, systemic absorption is not observed.
Indications
- Hypertrophic and keloid scars that occur after surgery, amputation, burns and trauma;
- Dupuytren's Contract;
- Ankylosis of the joints;
- Traumatic tendon contours;
- Atrophic scars;
- Stretch marks after pregnancy;
- Prevention of the formation of pathological scars in the postoperative period or after trauma.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
The effect of the drug Contractubex during pregnancy and lactation has not been studied.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Contractubex.
Side effects
Rarely: local skin reactions.
Interaction
Due to the lack of systemic absorption of the drug, it can be used in combination with other drugs.
The presence of two types of packages 20 g and 50 g allows patients with a small scar, or for the first time using the drug, to purchase a 20 g tube.
The need for long-term use of the drug is due to the slow restoration of physiological processes in the skin itself, which requires several months, and the composition based on high-quality natural ingredients allows you to use CONTRACTUBEX as long as necessary.
How to take, course of administration and dosage
It is possible to use Kontraktubex in children, pregnant women, as well as during lactation.
Consumption of the drug in one application is on average 0.5 cm. Of the gel on a scar surface with an area of ​​20-25 cm². Apply 2-3 times a day, rubbing lightly into the scar tissue. The course of treatment for fresh scars is 4 weeks on average.
With old dense scars, an occlusive dressing with a gel is applied at night. The course of treatment is on average 3–6 months. With Dupuytren's contracture, the course of treatment is on average 12 months.
For prophylaxis, the phase after the epithelialization of the wound is used.
Special instructions
To enhance the effect of the drug, apply to preliminary steamed skin. It can be used in combination with physiotherapy.
When treating fresh scars, avoid ultraviolet radiation, exposure to cold, and intense massage.
