Fromilide is an antibacterial, bacteriostatic, bactericidal agent.

• inflammation of the pharynx, larynx, tonsillitis and sinusitis
• bronchitis, pneumonia
• otitis
• skin and soft tissue infections
• peptic ulcer caused by helicobacter pylory.

Hypersensitivity to antibiotics of the macrolide group.

• nausea
• vomiting
• stomach ache
• diarrhea
• headache
• allergic skin reactions.

For adults, the average dose is 250-500 mg 2 times a day. The duration of treatment is 6-14 days.

For children, the maximum daily dose is 500 mg.

In severe infections or in the absence of oral administration, the drug is administered intravenously at a dose of 500 mg per day for 2-5 days. Then they switch to taking the drug inside at a dose of 500 mg per day.
