Pharmacodynamics
Participates in the ornithine urea cycle of Krebs (urea biosynthesis from ammonia). Promotes the production of insulin and STH. Improves detoxification function of the liver, lowers elevated plasma ammonia levels. Improves protein metabolism in diseases requiring parenteral nutrition.
Pharmacokinetics
Dissociates into ornithine and aspartate, which are absorbed in the small intestine by active transport through the intestinal epithelium. It is excreted in the urine through a urea cycle.

Contraindications
Severe renal impairment (plasma creatinine level 3 mg / 100 ml).
Side effects
Rarely - skin reactions, in some cases - nausea, vomiting.
How to take, course of administration and dosage
Inside, after eating, 1 sachet of granulate, previously dissolved in 200 ml of liquid, 2-3 times a day.
