The daily dose is calculated based on the total need for amino acids with a branched side chain, which is 0.25-0.30 g per kg of body weight.

The average dose of Hepamine is: 6-18 tablets per day per patient weighing 70 kg. 2-6 tablets of the drug are taken during or immediately after a meal, washed down with water or fruit juice.
