The time frame which TechSupport247 usually takes to deliver any product ordered by our customers to the address they have mentioned is between 5 to 7 working days

  • Deliveries at some selected areas and location in Australia comes under our special delivery plan.
  • Also, the same day delivery option and free shipping is not applicable on all the products and is subject to change.
  • Please note that Free Delivery cannot apply to Regional and Country Orders, Special Orders and Large Item Order
  • Deliveries to every region and especially the non-metro areas does not abide by our same day delivery segment and might thus require 5 to 7 working days for delivery and an additional shipping charge may also incur with the same depending upon the product ordered.

  • Larger items and special orders may require additional delivery charges as they need extra handling and take longer to ship to the destination. The amount will be calculated at the checkout and is dependent on the size of the item purchased.
  • Delivery is FREE for Click & Collect. Delivery time frames to stores are 1 to 3 business days for Click & Collect in the Metro area and 2 to 7 business days in the Non-Metro area.
  • Large items are those which require extra handling. Because of this, they take longer to transport and may require an additional delivery charge.
  • Orders and deliveries are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Deliveries are made between 8:00am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
