Active substance.
Sterile purified phagolysates S. flexneri 1, 2, 3, 4 serotypes (with Appelman activity - at least 10-6), S. sonnei, S. typhimurium (with Appelman activity - at least 10-5), S. flexneri 6 serotypes, other serotonines Salmonella, E. coli, Proteus, Enterococcus, Staphylocococcus, P. aeruginosa (with Appelman activity - at least 10-4) - up to 1 ml.

Auxiliary substances.
Preservative - 8-hydroxyquinoline sulfate or 8-hydroxyquinoline sulfate monohydrate in terms of 8-hydroxyquinoline sulfate - 0.0001 g/ml (calculated content).

Pharmacological properties. The drug causes specific lysis of bacteria Shigella flexneri 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 serotypes, Shigella sonnei, Salmonella paratyphi A, Salmonella paratyphi B, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella choleraesuis, Salmonella oranienburg, Salmonella enteritidis, enteropathic Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus mirabilis, Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Treatment and prevention of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract caused by dysentery bacteria, salmonella, escherichia colia, proteum, enterococci, staphylococci, pseudomonas aeruginosis or their combination:

- bacterial dysentery;
- salmonellosis;
- dyspeppsia;
- dysbacteriosis;
- enterocolitis, colitis.

An important condition for effective phagotherapy is the preliminary determination of the phagosensitivity of the pathogen.

It is advisable to use the drug in the presence of infections caused by phagosensitive strains of bacteria (on the recommendation of a doctor).

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Allergic reactions are possible. If you have side effects specified in the instructions or they are aggravated, or you notice any other side effects not specified in the instructions, inform your doctor.

The use of the drug is possible in combination with other drugs and does not exclude the use of other antibacterial drugs.

The drug is intended for oral and rectal administration. For treatment, the drug is taken orally 4 times a day 0.5 - 1 hour before meals from the first day of the disease for 7-10 days.

Children of the first months of life in the first two days of administration, the drug is diluted with boiled water twice, in the absence of adverse reactions (regurgation, skin rashes), in the future, you can use a bacteriophage undiluted. The drug is used through the mouth 3 times a day 30 minutes before feeding. In cases of indomitable vomiting, the drug is used in the form of high enemas (through a gas outlet tube or catheter) daily. A combination of rectal (in the form of high enemas) and oral use of the drug is possible. The course of treatment is 7 - 10 days.

In the absence of colitic syndrome, it is recommended to replace one oral administration with a single rectal administration of a single age dose of the drug in the form of an enema after bowel emptying.

For preventive purposes, the optimal scheme of use is the daily intake of a single age dose. The duration of taking the drug is determined by the conditions of the epidemic situation.

If there is no improvement after treatment or the symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, you should consult a doctor. Use the drug only according to the indications, method of use and in the doses specified in the instructions.

No cases of overdose have been registered so far.

Transparent yellow liquid of varying intensity, a greenish tint is allowed.

An important condition for effective phagotherapy is the preliminary determination of the sensitivity of the pathogen to the bacteriophage and early use of the drug.

The drug is not suitable for use in bottles with broken integrity or marking, when the expiration date has expired, when it is cloudy.

Due to the content of a nutrient medium in the preparation, in which bacteria can develop from the environment, causing clouding of the drug, the following rules must be observed when opening the vial:

- wash your hands thoroughly;
- treat the cap with an alcohol-containing solution;
- remove the cap without opening the plugs;
- do not put the cork on the inner surface on the table or other objects;
- do not leave the bottle open;
- the opened bottle should be stored only in the refrigerator.

Before use, the bacteriophage bottle must be shaken and insipected. The drug should be transparent and free of sediment.

Opening the vial and extracting the required volume of the drug can be carried out with a sterile syringe by puncture the cork. The drug from the opened bottle, subject to storage conditions, the above rules and the absence of turbidity, can be used during the entire shelf life.

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles, mechanisms. The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms).

Solution for oral administration and rectal administration. 20 or 100 ml in glass bottles.

A. 4 or 10 20 ml bottles or 1 100 ml bottles in a cardboard pack with instructions for use.

B. 4 bottles of 20 ml in a fixing liner made of polymeric materials. 1 fixing insert made of polymeric materials in a pack of cardboard together with instructions for use.

Transportation conditions. At a temperature of 2 to 8 °C, transportation at a temperature of 9 to 25 °C is allowed for no more than 1 month.
