Karipazim promotes the splitting of necrotic tissues, softening viscous secretions, blood clots. In addition, when using the drug for the treatment of disorders of the musculoskeletal system with the help of electrophoresis, the elasticity of the ligaments and cartilage tissue increases, there is a resorption effect aimed at vertebral hernias, and so on.

When used externally, the active ingredients are not absorbed and do not exhibit systemic effects on the body.

All enzymes that are part of this agent are destroyed and biotransformed in the liver.

In addition, for some time now, the drug has been actively used to treat lesions of an orthopedic, traumatological, neurosurgical and neurological nature using electrophoresis, for example:

This tool should not be used for any type of injection, as well as for:

Karipazim is applied topically in the form of 0.5%, 1% or 2% solutions, depending on the thickness of the scab.

Solutions are prepared ex tempore in 0.5% novocaine solution or isotonic sodium chloride solution.

A napkin moistened with the drug is applied to the burn surface, covered with a moisture-proof bandage.

At the same time, no more than 30% of the total body surface is treated.

The dressing is changed once a day or once every 2 days, while removing the detached necrotic tissue.

The course of treatment is from 4 to 12 days.

Overdose cases are not described.

The drug Karipazim does not have a negative effect on the ability to drive a car and work with mechanisms.
