Clinical Pharmacology
Beta-Alanine is an amino acid. It counteracts a sharp release of histamine, but does not have antihistamine activity due to the absence of blockade of H1 receptors.

Beta-alanine has a direct effect on cutaneous peripheral vasodilation, which causes autonomic “hot flashes”, a feeling of warmth, fever, and headache. At the physiological level, vasomotor “tides” are due to the activity of thermoregulatory centers in the hypothalamus, leading to peripheral cutaneous vasodilation. This is a consequence of the reactions that occur when the balance of cerebral neurotransmitters is disturbed, which occurs after the end of hormone secretion by the ovaries. The drug helps to saturate the peripheral receptors of the neurotransmitters that are involved in this process.

Release form and composition
1 tablet contains:

Active ingredients: beta-alanine 400 mg.

Excipients: magnesium stearate - 8.0 mg, glycerol palmitil stearate - 31.2 mg, hydrated silicon - 36 mg, wheat starch - 304.80 mg.

Interaction
No clinically significant drug interactions with other drugs have been identified.

Overdose
Cases of drug overdose are not registered.

In case of an overdose of the drug, carry out symptomatic therapy.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
1-2 tablets daily. The dose may be increased to 3 tablets per day.

The duration of treatment is from 5-10 days to the disappearance of "hot flashes." With the resumption of symptoms, a second course of treatment should be carried out.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Hypersensitivity or intolerance to gluten (due to the presence of wheat starch in the preparation).

Special instructions
There is no addiction to the drug, a course of treatment can be prescribed throughout the entire period of vasomotor clinical disorders.
