Pepsan P - antisecretory, carminative, anti-inflammatory.
Pharmacodynamics
It has an anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, and reduces gas formation in the intestines.
Guaiazulen has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, weakens allergic reactions, enhances regenerative processes, and has an antioxidant effect. Due to the inhibitory effect on the release of histamine from mast cells, cells of the gastric mucosa, inhibits acid secretion.
Dimethicone is a hydrophobic polymer substance with a low surface tension, which reduces gas formation in the intestine and covers the walls of the digestive canal with a protective film.

Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
- children's age up to 14 years (capsules);
- children and adolescents under 18 years of age (gel for oral administration).
Side effects
Rarely - allergic reactions, pain, bloating.
How to take, course of administration and dosage
Inside, before a meal or in case of pain, 1 capsule or sachet 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is determined individually.
In preparation for studies of the abdominal organs - 1 capsule or sachet 2-3 times a day on the eve of the study and 1 capsule or sachet in the morning on the day of the study.
Special instructions
The oral gel does not contain sugar, therefore it is not contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus.
