pharmachologic effect
Polyvalent pyobacteriophage - immunostimulating.
Lysis of microorganisms corresponding to the phage (staphylococci, streptococci, pathogenic intestinal and Pseudomonas aeruginosa), protea (mirabilis, vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumonia).
Indications
Diseases caused by staphylococci, streptococci, intestinal and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (various serotypes), protea (mirabilis, vulgaris), pneumonia klebsiella.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to the drug.
Side effects
There are no reactions to the administration of a polyvalent pyobacteriophage.
How to take, course of administration and dosage
Locally (in the form of irrigation, lotions, turundas), intracavitary (wound cavities, abscesses, vagina, nose, middle ear, bladder), inside, rectally (high enemas).
Assign 1-3 times a day, the course of 5-15 days.
Repeated courses of treatment are possible.
With pyelonephritis, by mouth in a dose of 5–20 ml 3 times a day for 10–15 days.
With indomitable vomiting and in children of the first year of life, additional administration through a probe in the form of high enemas at a dose of 3-5 ml daily for 5-7 days is possible.
In the treatment of omphalitis, pyoderma of the newborn - in the form of applications, lotions daily 2 times a day for 5-7 days.
Special instructions
The opening of vials and ampoules, the procedure for administering the Pyobacteriophage polyvalent is carried out with strict observance of the rules of antiseptics. Before use, the vials and ampoules are shaken and viewed - the drug should be transparent and not contain sediment.
If the drug is cloudy or the integrity of the package is broken, it is not used. Storage of the drug after opening the vial or ampoule is not allowed.
The use of Pyobacteriophage polyvalent does not exclude the use of other antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs.
