Delivery times:

 

We would like to gently remind you that sometimes delivery delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Despite this, we guarantee to make amends for your order (through a refund, reshipment) if it fails to reach you. An order is deemed lost and eligible for our compensation policy if it surpasses these specified time frames.

 

Guaranteed dellivery times:

 

- USA/UK/EU/China/Canada: from 12 days till 60 days

An order may qualify for reshipment or refund under and one of the following conditions:

 

- The items within the package were damage while in transit.
- The package has been seized by customs, is lost, or has been sent back to us by customs.
- The package has been in transit for more than 60 days.
- The order includes the items that are allowed to store out of refrigerator not more than 30 days (such as Semax, Selank, Visomitin, Exomitin, Grippferon).

Your order is not eligible for refund or reshipment if:

 

- You were unsatisfied with the effect of the product.

- You became allergic to any of the product’s components.

- If you are using any of the products without a prescription from a qualified MD, you assume all the risks associated with such a decision.

- This also includes cases when the product is not working for you, which may sometimes happen as metabolic processes can vary significantly in different individuals.

- You changed your mind and decided not to use the product.

- You forgot to pick up the parcel from your local post office.

- You provided the wrong address in the order.

- The tracking shows that the order is delivered but you claim that you have not received it.
