Tribestan is a herbal remedy with a tonic effect and a stimulating effect on sexual function.

In men, Tribestan restores and improves libido and increases the duration of erection. Shows a stimulating effect on spermatogenesis, increasing the number of sperm and their motility.

In women, Tribestan improves libido and has a beneficial effect on the psychoemotional and vasomotor manifestations of natural and post-castration climacteric syndrome, reduces subjective complaints such as insomnia, tension, nervous excitability or apathy.

Tribestan has a hypolipidemic effect, which in patients with dyslipoproteinemia significantly lowers total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol levels without changing serum triglycerides and HDL cholesterol levels.

In the complex therapy of the following conditions and diseases:

• erectile dysfunction, incl. accompanied by a decrease in libido;
• infertility in men due to idiopathic oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (decrease in the number and quality of sperm in the sperm), surgery for varicocele (varicose veins of the testicular spermatic cord);
• immunological infertility;
• dyslipidemia (to lower total cholesterol).

It is not recommended to use Tribestan during pregnancy and during breastfeeding due to the lack of clinical data confirming the safety of the drug during these periods.

• hypersensitivity to all components of the drug;
• hyperplasia of the prostate;
• severe cardiovascular disease (stroke, myocardial infarction within the last year) or severe, unstable and uncontrolled cardiovascular disease (unstable angina pectoris, chronic heart failure with symptoms at rest, sick sinus syndrome, or conduction abnormalities such as sinus block, AV block II or III degree, bradycardia
• allergy to peanut protein or soy;
• pregnancy;
• period of breastfeeding;
• age up to 18 years.

Allergic reactions are possible. Irritant effect on the stomach lining (nausea).

Tribestane can enhance the effect of diuretics and potentiate the antihypertensive effect of antihypertensive drugs.

Tribestan is recommended to take 1-2 tablets 3 times / day with meals.

The duration of the course of treatment and the need for repeated courses of therapy are determined depending on the clinical condition of the patient and the effectiveness of the treatment.

There are no reports of cases of overdose of the drug Tribestan.

Symptoms: the appearance of dyspeptic disorders (nausea, vomiting) is possible.

Treatment: symptomatic.

Before you start taking the drug, you should consult your doctor.

If there is no effect while taking the drug for 1 month, you should consult a doctor.

To avoid the possible irritating effect of Tribestan on the gastric mucosa, it is recommended to take the drug after meals.

The drug shell contains soy lecithin. Patients who are allergic to peanut protein or soy should not use this drug because of the increased risk of severe allergic reactions (including anaphylactic shock).

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms. Tribestan does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving, working with moving mechanisms).
